The reason why we created company to address the lack of mobile applications offered in the marketplace designed for small to medium businesses relating to workplace health and safety that is; simple and easy to use, and at an affordable price.

We are passionate about offering a service that allows users the ability to embed safety at work, provide productive ways of doing things and deliver an effective service by utilising technology. Safe Workplace Docs primary goal is to ensure our technology is seen as an aid and not as something that creates more problems than it does benefits. We strive to be the pioneers in delivering sophisticated workplace health and safety technology and aim for our app to one day become the staple for workplace safety software in every workplace worldwide.

What is Safe Workplace Docs and what does it offer

Generik Proprietary Limited was established in 2015 and currently trades as Safe Workplace Docs. Safe Workplace Docs was developed to provide IT software services that bridge the gap between paper-based activities and digital technology through the application of mobile devices. We do this making activities more productive, effective and mobile. Generik Pty Ltd primary marketplace is to support the  small to medium size businesses by providing Software as a Service at affordable prices.

Safe Workplace Docs offers customers Software as a Service through our mobile application platform called Safe Workplace Docs (SWD). SWD mobile app provides users with paperless digital workplace safety templates for businesses to complete anytime, anywhere. SWD mobile app is currently on the Google Play store and soon to be on Apple’s iTunes store across Australia and New Zealand, with future plans to provide services across the UK, the USA, Canada and Europe.

SWD’s paperless workplace safety templates are completed on users’ mobile phones and tablet devices for general day to day workplace safety requirements. All templates, once finalised, allow the user to generate PDF copies of the final safety document. This allows users to create, store and record all their safety documents relevant to the work activities that they perform, without the need of touching a single piece of paper.

SWD offers a number of templates that are commonly used for workplace safety needs, some of these are; Safe Work Method Statement, Job Safety Analysis, Chemical Register, Risk Assessment, Standard Operating Procedure and Workplace Inspection Checklist templates.
